Terms of service

Last updated 16 October 2026

1. Who we are

TwinCity (twincity.app) is operated by Alister Strategies SL, Calle Núñez de Balboa 120, 28006 Madrid, Spain ("Alister", "we", "us"). Contact: dom@alisterstrategies.com, +31 6 27 97 47 57.

2. The service

TwinCity lets you test an ad against simulated residents built from public population and behaviour statistics. Results are model-based predictions to support your decisions. They are not a guarantee of real campaign performance, sales or revenue, and you remain responsible for the decisions you make with them.

3. Your account

You need an account to run tests. Keep your login safe and tell us if you think someone else is using it. You must be at least 18 and use TwinCity for lawful business purposes. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, try to get around limits, or break these terms.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the ads, images, videos and text you upload. You give us a limited licence to store and process them only to run your tests and show your results. You confirm you have the right to upload them and that they do not break the law or anyone else's rights. You can delete your ads at any time from "Your ads".

5. Tests, payments and subscriptions

6. Fair use

Do not copy, resell or scrape the service or its data, overload it, or use automated tools to run tests outside the app. Unlimited is for one account's own use.

7. Availability

We work to keep TwinCity available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or stop features, and we will tell you in advance about changes that materially affect paid plans.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or lost revenue. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy statement and data protection page.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will show the date above; important changes are announced in the app. Spanish law applies and disputes go to the courts of Madrid, unless consumer law gives you the right to use the courts where you live. Questions: dom@alisterstrategies.com.
